This simulation-based course offers a unique learning environment focusing on the distinct technical roles of physician ERCP procedural skills and the role of the nurse and/or GI technician. The didactic portion of the course will highlight established approaches and new techniques related to ERCP practice. Lectures will use a case-based approach that incorporates videos and images. Q&A sessions allow ample time for attendee-faculty interaction. Hands-on sessions will be led by physician and nurse faculty who will emphasize proper use of technologies and techniques as they relate to physicians, nurses, and assistants.
